I spent nearly 20 years in senior leadership, including almost 15 as COO of a nationally recognized organization in New York — managing a $4M budget, 135+ staff, and everything from restructuring and HR to marketing and events. I went from entry-level to C-level in nine years.After almost 40 years in New York, I moved to Colorado with my family, ready to channel what I do best — building systems, streamlining processes, and empowering teams — into helping others finally find the space to breathe.I hold an Executive Leadership Certificate from Columbia Business School and a triple-major B.A. from Binghamton University (magna cum laude). Today I work with businesses of all sizes, from solo entrepreneurs to global companies, and with busy parents who need a little operational magic in their personal lives.
